Return Policy

At ElevateTherapy we offer a hassle free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate your return please reach out to support@elevatetherapy.com

To be eligible for a refund your product must be unused in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

If the return is due to our error (a defective or incorrect item) we will cover the return shipping costs. All other shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Once our team receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note a refund may take several business days to appear in your account.
