Return Policy
At ElevateTherapy, we want you to feel good about every purchase you make. If something doesn’t work out, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process and appear on your account.
Because we work with multiple brands and suppliers, some items may have their own return requirements or conditions. We recommend reviewing the return and refund details listed on each product page before purchasing to ensure the policy fits your needs.
